How to walk the path

Start with a shiur. Let the words open a door. Follow the citations and expansions to related treatises on the bookshelf — the places where the teaching points outward. Then let the song meet you where the words leave off. That order is a gift you can give yourself, and later hand to someone else.

How we walk. Open a song on YouTube and expand the description (“Show more”) for the teaching that rides with it. Read the full shiur when you want the longer map — for From the Depths, that lives on this site. Song pages under /shiur/ let you begin anywhere in a cut while each longer walk finds its shape. Follow the bookshelf links (we call the citation list a bookshelf) into Sefaria and kindred sources. From there, related treatises and neighboring songs are waiting when you are ready. Trust your pace. The trail is lit.
